Partner with community groups to promote Active Transportation
In addition to increasing its own programs the city should assist community members to promote Active Transportation in their neighbourhoods. Council should set up a grant program that community organizations, Bike User Groups and pedestrian promotion groups could apply to for funds to conduct their own activities that promote Active Transportation.
