Comments regarding these routes or the bike plan as it pertains to your ward.: 
The O'Connor route is atrocious. Too much traffic and would be a great concern to safety - definitely not for an 8 year old child. With traffic calming and local economic development planning I believe we can create the 'urban village' that will bring people out of their cars and back onto the street. This type of planning must consider more factors than the bike route itself, therefore the community must be engaged to understand how their behaviour may change as a result of streetscape improvements or changes in zoning.

There should be bike lines on every second street. The streets that have bike lines should alternate so that one land would go one way and one lane the other. There must be "bike free" zones and these are streets that trucks should be encouraged to use.
